SnoozeHounnd™ Refund & Return Policy

At SnoozeHounnd, we want every pup (and their parent!) to be completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.


1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and comfort of our beds. If your dog isn’t completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange, or refund.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, including any removable covers or toys

Note: Beds that show signs of chewing, excessive dirt, or damage may not be eligible.


3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@snoozehounnd.com with your order number

  2. Our team will provide step-by-step instructions for your return

  3. Ship the product back to our address (shipping fees may apply unless it’s a manufacturer error)


4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a SnoozeHounnd error


5. Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or color, we can arrange an exchange instead of a refund

  • Contact snoozehounnd@gmail.com to start the process


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your SnoozeHounnd bed arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the damage
